Agree KM. The PDI, 30-day, and 1 year Tarion Warranty dates are critical dates to have warrantied deficiencies addressed. Eric will help identify those deficiencies and have them properly captured on your Tarion Warranty forms in a manner that will maximize a successful resolution. It is a small $ investment relative to the overall purchase price of your home. CC
